Loved this first class! Yes, I came into this program already being able to do one strict pull-up, but it's really awesome to be building up the strength and skills with the progressions and accessory movements you're giving us - and super helpful for the work I do with my own clients :). Great timing for this program in my life!

Hi Kathryn,

I enjoy your programs and appreciate your teaching methods. Wow, you are correct, the pull-up can be a challenge! I found the hanging exercise(s) very difficult. My upper body strength is extremely weak at the moment. As you have indicated, for some, it may time to build strength and to be patient.  I’m okay with that. Although I did perform the hangs assisted, I did feel a strain in my shoulder muscles. Do you have any additional tips for someone who is currently at my level? I want to continue to build my upper body strength and avoid injury. Thank you.
